We Love Serving Villa Park

Villa Park is one of the newest cities in the County , incorporating in 1962. The city is about as rural as a city can be with a population of just under 6,000. The city has very few sidewalks or street lights, one shopping center/civic center. The city is 99% built out but it does not feel crowded with just over 2,000 homes with an average lot 20,000 square foot. The shopping center includes a grocery store, banks, a pharmacy with a postal substation, a variety of specialty shops and offices, the City Hall and community room, and a branch of the Orange County Public Library.
